What are the opening days and hours for the 2013 Auto Show?

Friday January 18 to Saturday January 26: 10 am to 10 pm
Sunday January 27: 10 am to 7 pm
NOTE: TICKET COUNTERS CLOSE TWO (2) HOURS BEFORE THE SHOW’S CLOSING TIME.

Where is the Palais des congrès de Montréal located?

The entrances of the Palais des congrès de Montréal are:
201 Viger Avenue West;
1001 Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle;
301 St-Antoine Street West

Is there parking at the Palais des congrès and how much is it?

You can park in either one of the two following parking lots:

Palais des congress Parking located on the west side of the 201 Viger Avenue entrance, at 1025 Chéneville Street.
The Quartier international de Montréal's parking, 249 St-Antoine Street West;

The parking has a fixed price: $20 (Parking lot owners can change the price without notice).
Accepted payment methods: Cash, VISA, MasterCard

What is the metro station nearby the Palais des congrès?

Use the orange line and get off at the Place-d’Armes station.

Is there a coat check for visitors?

The Cloakroom is open every day in the Viger Hall, level 2 of the Palais des congrès .
The Cloakroom in the Riopelle Hall is open only Friday to Sunday near the 1001, Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle entrance.

General admission (13 years old and over): 13 $
Children (6 to 12 years old accompanied by an adult): 6 $
Children 0-5 years old: Free

ONLINE FROM JANUARY 4 TO 27, 2013 AND AT THE PALAIS DES CONGRÈS DE MONTRÉAL (Booths open from January 18 to 27, 2013)

General admission (13 years old and over): 16 $
Children (6 to 12 years old accompanied by an adult): 6 $
Children 0-5 years old: Free
Family package (2 general admissions and 2 children from 6 to 12 years old): 38 $

ONSITE AT THE PALAIS DES CONGRÈS DE MONTRÉAL- JANUARY 18 -27, 2013

General admission (13 years old and over): 16 $
General admission with Accès Montréal* or CAA Québec** card: 14$
Children (6 to 12 years old accompanied by an adult): 6 $
Children 0-5 years old: Free
Family package (2 general admissions and 2 children from 6 to 12 years old): 38 $
Students and 65 years old and older (with ID): 13.00 $

* Rebate applicable on General Admission ticket only

All taxes are included in the ticket price

Are tickets refundable?

No, all ticket sales are final.

Is there a discount for group tickets?

We do not offer discounts for groups. We do have family passes (see question 3 above).

Is it possible to purchase a car at the Auto Show?

Yes, you can buy a car at the Montréal International Auto Show. However, you can’t take delivery right away. You have to make arrangements with the sales representative to get it from the dealership.

Are cameras and video cameras permitted?

Yes.

Will there be a Childcare service offered at the Auto Show

Yes, once again, parents seeking a little break during their Auto Show visit will be able benefit from the services of the free on-site Kia Childcare Centre. Located on level 2, the Childcare Centre is available for a 3-hour time limit for children between 3 and 10 years old. A show ticket is mandatory to access the childcare centre.

Are strollers allowed on the Show floor?

Yes. But you have to bring your own stroller, no stroller rental available on-site.

Is there an area where mothers can breastfeed their baby?

Yes, mothers will be able to breastfeed their baby at the Kia Childcare Centre, located on level 2.

Is the Show accessible by wheelchair?

Yes. Ramps outside and elevators inside are available for visitors with reduced mobility.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Are there restaurants at the Auto Show?

A few areas where you can eat: one on level 2 (Bleury Hall) and a larger one on level 7, as well as, a food court on the ticketing level.
